What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical knowledge and solutions to Sales Representatives and customers for ad-serving platforms
- Participate in the product release cycle, including requirement gathering and user acceptance testing
- Support the Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects
- Architect solutions during the presales process based on customer business requirements
- Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for field service questions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with SQL Server and Zendesk is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in collaborating with Sales teams on technical solutions
- Familiarity with product testing and documentation processes
- Ability to articulate technical solutions effectively during presales engagements
