      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide initial and timely responses to support cases on various topics, including billing and implementation
      - Triage support cases by directing users to documentation or escalating to technical teams
      - Monitor and engage with feedback channels, such as GitHub Issues and Discussions
      - Identify opportunities for internal tooling improvements to enhance support efficiency
      - Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, specifically providing developer support
      - Proficiency in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, with comfort in complex queries
      - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
      - Experience using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line
      - Familiarity with GitHub Issues and Discussions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte
      - Knowledge of Node.js and database administration
      - A degree in Computer Science
