What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to support cases regarding various topics, including billing, optimization, and implementation
- Triage support cases, guiding users to previous answers and escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues and Discussions
- Identify opportunities for developing internal tools to enhance support efficiency
- Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, specifically providing developer support to technical customers
- Proficiency in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, with comfort in complex SQL queries
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and command line
- Familiarity with GitHub Issues and Discussions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte, along with some familiarity with Node.js
- Degree in Computer Science
