What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to various support cases, covering topics from billing to technical implementation
- Triage support cases by directing users to resources or escalating issues as needed
- Monitor feedback channels, including GitHub Issues and Discussions
- Identify opportunities for developing internal tools to enhance support efficiency
- Reproduce issues and improve test coverage based on your testing experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, specifically providing developer support to technical customers
- Proficiency in SQL, preferably PostgreSQL, with comfort in complex queries
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Experience using Linux/Unix operating systems and command line
- Familiarity with GitHub Issues and Discussions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte
- Experience with Node.js
- A degree in Computer Science
