What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support developers from various organizations in understanding their needs and refining their code
- Communicate the intricacies and capabilities of the employer's products effectively
- Handle inbound and outbound requests across multiple communication platforms
- Assist new customers in evaluating and setting up the employer's services for their SDKs
- Write documentation, create examples and demos, and develop internal tooling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and a willingness to learn more
- Strong passion for developer experience and empathy for users from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to connect with new users and develop creative solutions to their challenges
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical subjects
- Experience building and consuming APIs, as well as maintaining open-source projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in starting a business, club, nonprofit, or similar initiative that demonstrates a builder mentality
- Experience in writing code for both internal and external applications
