      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with internal domain owners to onboard domains to the CDN and apply configuration changes
      - Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to execute domain and DNS/CDN changes
      - Directly support customers with common use cases like routing rules, traffic shifting, and firewall protections
      - Act as a first responder for critical incidents and escalate issues as needed
      - Conduct root cause analysis for failed commands and debug issues by reviewing underlying code

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience providing customer-facing support to critical systems at a large scale
      - Basic understanding of networking concepts, DNS, and CDN functionality
      - Strong adherence to SOPs with a commitment to high standards
      - Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
      - Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with automation
      - AWS certifications are a plus
      - Experience reading and understanding coded commands (e.g., Node.js)
