Job Description
- Req#: 42130
- Provide day-to-day project management support;
- Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly status reports; project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed;
- Activity and resource planning;
- Analyzing project risks and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks;
- Process monitoring;
- Monitor project deliverables;
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis;
- Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking;
- Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide support services for agency's workload demands.
- Ten (10) years of professional project management experience supporting agile technical projects;
- Two (2) years of experience delivering government projects;
- Experience presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience identifying and managing risks and issues associated with projects;
- Experience analyzing project performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Familiarity with JIRA;
- PMI-PMP or equivalent certification;
- Experience establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
