      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner via email, phone, and chat
      - Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests
      - Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues to flag for the team
      - Document bugs for the Engineering teams and contribute to process improvements
      - Actively participate in team goals and share knowledge through mentorship and collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located within the greater Salt Lake City, UT area
      - Passionate about customer support and its role in a customer-centric team
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and tactfully
      - Demonstrated empathy, diplomacy, and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience in FinTech
      - Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a support function
      - Currently hold or have recently held a Series 7 and/or 63 securities license
      - Willingness to work overtime
