      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform vital data entry into the employer's Case Management and LTD carrier systems, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation
      - Review and track the status of claims, updating the LTD carrier's claims system on all open claims
      - Serve as an administrative liaison between the LTD carrier and the employer's Claims Management, maintaining updates on SSDI claims
      - Provide technical expertise regarding SSDI claims for disability claims managers and maintain knowledge of SSA programs
      - Recognize and respond to service issues and concerns in a professional manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Associate's degree with 6 months of general office experience or equivalent experience with the employer
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
      - Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with good judgment
      - Experience in contacting claimants regarding their SSDI claims

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with SSA programs and procedures
      - Experience in training and developing other team members
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
