      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound calls, emails, and texts from callers to address their account needs
      - Document communications and resolve basic issues using ZenDesk
      - Improve existing contact center processes and evaluate inbound call workflows
      - Provide empathetic and compliant communications with callers across various channels
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1–2+ years in customer service, collections, or other high-volume customer-facing roles
      - Proven reliability and accountability in meeting performance targets
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations
      - Comfort with CRM and support tools like Zendesk, Twilio, and Google Workspace
      - Awareness of compliance requirements in financial conversations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
      - Demonstrated history of exceeding customer satisfaction and performance metrics
