      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support, education, advocacy, and therapeutic interventions to individuals and families in various settings
      - Collaborate with a supportive team and work independently to implement unique interventions
      - Maintain accurate documentation, including client contact notes, case management documentation, assessments, and treatment plans
      - Adapt to a flexible schedule to best meet the needs of clients
      - Ensure timely completion of discharge summaries and collateral consults

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education in Social Work, Psychology, or a Mental Health-related field
      - Minimum of six months of experience working with individuals facing mental health issues
      - Willingness to work in a variety of settings and activities
      - Basic knowledge of case documentation
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis management
      - Prior community or in-home work experience
      - Familiarity with working with diverse populations
