      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 2 technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and live chat
      - Educate customers on website tools and resources to enhance product usage
      - Document all customer interactions and support issues in the ticketing system
      - Demonstrate empathy and responsible judgment to ensure positive customer outcomes
      - Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years proven customer service experience, ideally in telecom, high-tech, or consumer electronics
      - Experience with video conferencing tools, including Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of some college and relevant experience

      - Experience with cellphones, apps, and Bluetooth technology
      - Strong conflict resolution and relationship management skills
      - Proven ability to explain complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner
