What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of ImageTrend products and service offerings
- Answer incoming calls and emails to resolve customer issues
- Assist with testing and duplicating software and hardware problems
- Make follow-up calls regarding customer problems
- Complete special projects and tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience supporting software product base preferred
- Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of working with customers via telephone
- Proficient end-user computer skills and technical competencies required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service supporting software products
