      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat, primarily handling customer phone calls
      - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using software updates, drivers, and knowledge bases
      - Maintain technical expertise with relevant software and computer systems
      - Communicate professionally with customers for follow-up and issue resolution
      - Track escalated issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent computer skills and strong customer service orientation
      - Exceptional verbal communication skills with a consistent, positive attitude
      - Ability to make quick, sound judgments and excellent multi-tasking skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree
      - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language
      - Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and task follow-up
