      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist adults with developmental disabilities in participating in community events and activities
      - Support individuals with personal cares, medical needs, and behavioral challenges as required
      - Perform cooking, cleaning, and documentation duties within the home
      - Engage consumers in a variety of recreational and social activities
      - Provide companionship and encouragement to enhance the quality of life for individuals served

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - No prior experience necessary; all training provided on the job
      - Compassionate, fun, and enthusiastic attitude towards helping others
      - Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekend and overnight shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not mandatory
      - Interest in community engagement and recreational activities
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
      - Willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs
