      Main duties of the job

      Sonderwell is looking for a compassionate, patient, and proactive Support Worker to support a female client with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and behaviours that can challenge. The role involves providing personal care and physical support, helping with light household tasks, supporting structured routines, accompanying the client to her day centre and on local walks, and using non-verbal communication methods. The successful candidate must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the rural location.
