      The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
      As a support worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and wellbeing of the guests you support. Our service provides mental health respite and social detox services for up to 4 people. This is a 24/7 service.

      In your role some responsibilities may include:

      • Cleaning and maintain a home, you will be responsible and support with ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of a home
      • Admin work
      • Medication support
      • Maintaining things like filing, first aid kits, emergency kits, preparation of paperwork
      • Supporting people regain their mental health and independence

      This role is a permanent part-time role working Friday to Sunday 10:45pm to 7:15am

      You | Mōu
      We are interested to hear from people who have a caring nature and work in a recovery and trauma informed way.

      • You must hold a current full driver’s licence
      • Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
      • Applicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent.
