      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage a specific territory focused on Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) to increase market share
      - Drive sales of surgical products to ASC customers through effective strategy development and account targeting
      - Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner and communicate issues to appropriate departments
      - Plan and implement effective strategies using company programs and resources to enhance market share
      - Coordinate sales activities with team members to meet the complex needs of customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold a valid driver's license
      - Minimum of 0-2 years of field sales experience
      - High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
      - Strong selling, communication, presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare knowledge preferred, but not required
      - Operating Room (O.R.) experience preferred, but not required
      - Goal-oriented with effective time management skills
      - Passion for sales and a desire for continuous improvement
      - Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
