Job Description
- Req#: 118772
- Places and tracks orders for perioperative supplies and equipment from materials department and outside vendors.
- Receives, validates, and stores supplies and equipment.
- Transports perioperative supplies from the receiving dock; maintains appropriate par levels in perioperative service areas at all times.
- Adheres to operating policies and procedures regarding the storing and distribution of supplies.
- Identifies any damage and/or missing items and facilitates replacement and/or refund, as required.
- Follows established procedures and government regulations in tracking various medical devices.
- Processes and tracks equipment repair, consignment and loan activity.
- Enters all activities into department computer system.
- Maintains paperwork and electronic records related to perioperative supply and distribution functions.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
