      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, manage, and coordinate community and economic development programs while supervising staff
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including City management and external agencies, to facilitate community outreach and educational activities
      - Administer procurement processes and assist with budget management, including monitoring expenditures
      - Prepare and submit operational and financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
      - Project manage third-party contractors delivering workforce development services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or public administration or a directly related field
      - Minimum of five years of professional program administration and/or analytical experience in the relevant area
      - Strong analytical and research skills
      - Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a relevant field may be preferred
      - Experience in community engagement or public policy
      - Familiarity with program marketing strategies
      - Knowledge of compliance regulations related to community services
      - Experience in project management and leading teams
