What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the delivery of client projects related to sustainability reporting frameworks
- Develop a strong understanding of the employer's sustainability reporting application and support clients in measuring performance
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on timely and high-quality delivery
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding project milestones and data issues
- Contribute to the migration of existing clients to new applications and identify areas for platform improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar analyst role
- Basic understanding of HVAC and building energy systems and/or Green House Gas Emission calculations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management
- Ability to analyze data and identify gaps and trends
- Strong communication skills to convey data anomalies and provide solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and understanding of sustainability and carbon emissions reporting
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with sustainability-related certification and benchmarking tools
- Proficient in using MS Access and SQL for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach
