      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the senior technical resource and advisor throughout project lifecycles
      - Provide specialized technical input to studies and design specific to sustainability materials
      - Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates for projects
      - Conduct quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings
      - Communicate and collaborate with the design team and clients to ensure project requirements are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in Architectural College Curriculum and 6 years of related experience or equivalent
      - Ability to obtain a Public Trust Federal Security Clearance
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Cove.Tool, Revit, and AutoCAD
      - Experience with low carbon design materials
      - Experience with GSA/Federal projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience working on Federal projects
      - Advanced knowledge in sustainability practices and materials
