What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute energy management or sustainability strategies, including site-level plans
- Implement energy and sustainability programs to achieve objectives
- Manage data collection processes related to energy, waste, and water within the client’s technology platform
- Collaborate with facility managers and provide training to support site-level sustainability activities
- Drive operational improvements through the identification of opportunities to enhance sustainability performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
- Technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
- In-depth understanding of energy and water conservation measures
- Experience with benchmarking and analyzing utility data to drive sustainability measures
- Ability to explain complex information and work towards consensus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting site walkthroughs to identify conservation measures
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of environmental reporting and energy budgets
- Familiarity with the energy procurement process and renewable energy options
- Experience in preparing tenders and selecting appropriate equipment and service vendors
