      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for Invisible's insurance vertical, identifying key enterprise opportunities
      - Convert high-value meetings with top insurance executives into structured commercial relationships
      - Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, addressing industry pain points and transformation strategies
      - Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement client-specific workflows
      - Build and manage a flexible team to execute insurance client projects from pilot to scale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience selling large, complex enterprise services or platforms to major insurance carriers or brokers
      - Strong technical fluency in policy administration systems, claims automation, underwriting platforms, and data analytics
      - Experience navigating full-cycle procurement processes within regulated insurance environments
      - Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder meetings and drive deals from engagement to contract close
      - Familiarity with the regulatory pressures and legacy system challenges faced by large insurance organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
      - A background in working with or selling into large insurance organizations
      - Ability to navigate matrixed decision-making structures involving both business and technical stakeholders
      - Previous experience in executing internal sales operations effectively
