      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead national sales strategy and execution for the employer's portfolio of medical stop loss, level-funded, ancillary, and captive products
      - Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve growth and profitability targets
      - Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers, consultants, TPAs, and strategic distribution partners
      - Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to design competitive offerings
      - Represent the employer at key industry conferences and client events, acting as a thought leader

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in employee benefits, with a focus on medical stop loss and level-funded programs
      - Demonstrated history of top-tier sales performance and revenue growth in competitive markets
      - Deep relationships with national and regional broker and consultant networks
      - Strong understanding of self-funded health plan dynamics and stop loss underwriting
      - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CEBS, RHU, CLU)
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic, data-driven approach to business development
      - Familiarity with alternative funding mechanisms in the insurance sector
