      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to distributors, direct customers, and contractors, ensuring timely resolutions for all customer requests
      - Conduct preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and start-ups for the generator paralleling switchgear product line
      - Verify system operation, document site visits, and conduct operator training
      - Manage onsite project vendors and activities to ensure successful project execution
      - Submit customer feedback to the quality department and assist in documenting product issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Electromechanical Design, Electronic Engineering Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 5 years of experience
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or equivalent testing of electrical power distribution equipment
      - Proven experience in PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting
      - Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions from senior technicians
      - Moderate understanding of administrative programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Adobe

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology
      - Experience with paralleling switchgear, transfer switches, and protective relays
      - Familiarity with governing codes related to generator paralleling systems (e.g., NFPA110)
      - Ability to mentor and train incoming associates
      - Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and their components
