      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex Linux infrastructures, ensuring systems are stable, reliable, and secure
      - Collaborate with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers throughout project lifecycles
      - Provide solutions for client needs while identifying technical and timeline risks
      - Contribute to scripting tasks using Python and Bash to automate processes
      - Assist with virtualization tasks using VMware, including installation and configuration of virtual machines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux systems administration (Red Hat preferred)
      - Fluent written and spoken Italian
      - Basic understanding of English (written and spoken)
      - Basic knowledge of Python and Bash for scripting tasks
      - Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for personal and professional development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with protocols such as SSH, Samba, and SSL/TLS certificates
      - Basic knowledge of web application servers (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, WAS)
      - Experience utilizing Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting
