What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for clinical users and resolve helpdesk tickets as issues arise
- Manage and configure the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system as directed
- Submit essential State reporting data and communicate errors to clinical teams
- Write and maintain custom reports to support billing, clinical, and quality improvement operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and perform data validation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in an Electronic Health Record or electronic database system is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Credible (Qualifacts software) preferred
- Strong SQL report-writing skills are preferred
- Behavioral healthcare experience is desired

- Familiarity with critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and present information clearly
- Experience in a non-profit or human services setting
