What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data input and management on the HealthRules Payer system, including provider, accounts, and enrollment data
- Conduct data verification and auditing to check for errors and inconsistencies
- Organize and maintain digital and paper files related to data management
- Assist QA analysts in identifying and loading test cases for configuration testing
- Generate reports and visualizations by analyzing data accessible in HealthRules Payer or other reporting platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High level of typing proficiency and accuracy
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of databases
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for clarifying data requirements and collaborating with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous data entry experience in any setting
- Experience working in a healthcare environment and/or education in computer science, information technology, or health administration
