What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consultations and solution recommendations for ODOT's Enterprise Content Management software ProjectWise tool
- Gather and document complex business data requirements from business teams using various techniques
- Identify areas for improvement in current systems and collaborate on business process enhancements
- Create and manage requirements traceability matrices and support implementation processes
- Conduct training sessions for business and technical audiences and prepare related materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (minimum of 6 years)
- Experience with ECM software, specifically Bentley's ProjectWise software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis skills and the ability to produce deliverables such as workflow diagrams and design specifications
- Proficient in time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and testing environments for asset management software
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing and regression testing processes
- Ability to work independently and manage projects without direct supervision
- Experience creating training materials and conducting training sessions
- Background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
