- Perform database maintenance using SQL statements
- Edit configuration files on Linux servers and troubleshoot applications on remote workstations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration
- Experience in customer service or technical support role
- Remote troubleshooting skills (ssh, VPN tunnels)
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and Microsoft Windows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of scripting language (Perl, Python, or shell)
- Experience with TCP/IP, network security, IPSec or VPN
