      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct systematic reviews, primarily rapid reviews, of high-priority pharmacologic and device-safety topics
      - Develop research protocols and manage projects from conception to final report submission
      - Collaborate with information-retrieval specialists to create effective search strategies
      - Screen and analyze clinical literature based on the PICOTs framework
      - Summarize findings and results in clear, concise narrative reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or higher in social sciences, epidemiology, biology/chemistry, or related fields
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience conducting systematic reviews
      - Proven experience as project/methodological lead for at least 5 complete systematic reviews
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, including technical writing
      - Ability to guide team members through systematic review methodology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience collaborating with researchers from federal government agencies related to public health (e.g., NIH, CDC, FDA)
