Job Description

- Provide tier-2/3 support and escalation for help desk issues
- Administer Microsoft systems (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, on-prem Windows servers)
- Maintain network health, security (Palo Alto, Antivirus/Spam filters), and storage infrastructure
- Liaise with 3rd-party vendors for technical solutions and services
- Collaborate with Chicago-based IT and software teams on systems integration and deployments
- Participate in an on-call rotation (must be willing to respond to urgent issues, including off-hours)
- Occasionally travel between two local Atlanta buildings
- Serve as a foundational part of the future Atlanta IT team
- 2+ years in IT Infrastructure/System Administration
- Must have Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Windows Server
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site full-time and cover extended hours
- Experience with:
- Azure or other cloud platforms
- VMware
- Palo Alto firewalls
- SQL Server administration
- Storage solutions and networking
- Previous experience supporting multi-site environments
- Experience with internal ticketing systems
Job Title: Systems Administrator – Atlanta (On-Site)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus alternating Saturdays (approx. 4–5 hours), 50 hours total per week

We’re expanding our Infrastructure team to support rapid growth in our Atlanta operations, which now include two new buildings serving approximately 100 users. This is an on-site role with longer weekday hours and rotating Saturdays, ideal for someone hands-on, versatile, and ready to lead support efforts in a dynamic environment.
You’ll manage backend infrastructure, including systems administration, networks, help desk escalations, cybersecurity measures, and collaboration with 3rd-party vendors. This is a high-ownership role that involves cross-location coordination with our Chicago HQ and frequent internal collaboration with software development teams. Key Responsibilities
