- Oversee the configuration and operation of information management systems across multiple locations.
- Analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues.
- Conduct capacity and performance analysis and provide recommendations for system configuration changes and upgrades.
- Increase system administrator efficiency and accuracy through the use of automated tools and scripts.
- Develop and implement system administrator procedures and training programs.
- Provide end user training and technical support as needed.
- Provide technology direction recommendations to align with business vision and objectives.
- Provide local and remote maintenance support for operational systems, including general maintenance, upgrades, and new installations of servers and applications.
- Direct the work of other system administrators to ensure system and resource optimization and provide user assistance.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing and fault tolerance.
- Perform vulnerability management across the systems environment.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience.
- Specialized experience is defined as progressive experience in Information Processing, with the majority of experience specialized in multiple Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions.
- At least four (4) years of concentrated, hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software.
- BA/BS in a technical discipline
- Experience managing design and operational technical teams that support an enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platform with over 300,000 users in production environments.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position TBD. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role: The Systems Administrator – Lead (Key Personnel) ensures the stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections. Responsibilities include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. The role also involves directing the configuration and operation of information management systems, analyzing and resolving end user software and connectivity issues, and conducting capacity and performance analysis.
