What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, maintain, and enhance the Terra Dotta-SEVP federal immigration reporting platform
- Analyze and document functional requirements for software systems and processes
- Develop and execute test plans while assisting with business process improvements
- Collaborate with technical and application resources to resolve production issues
- Supervise and provide guidance to two staff members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Designated School Official (DSO) or Responsible Officer (RO) with significant experience in batching and reporting systems
- Proficiency in enterprise applications such as Instructure Canvas and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Strong analytical skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet Department of Homeland Security requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Over 3 years of experience with hands-on batching or third-party reporting systems
- Experience advising international students and/or scholars
- Familiarity with SEVIS reporting and interpreting regulations related to international student status
- Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
