      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical staff to analyze documentation and maintain business systems
      - Process daily outbound eligibility and weekly encounter and claims files, ensuring error resolution and report generation
      - Identify and coordinate potential process improvements for EDI, including compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
      - Troubleshoot and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution
      - Participate in the design and review of new applications and integration strategies for EDI systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma and ten (10) years of experience supporting business computer systems, or an Associate Degree with four (4) years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
      - Knowledge of relevant technology concepts, including relational databases, XML, SQL, and Azure Services
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical clients
      - Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, particularly Agile
      - Proven ability to analyze complex inputs and translate data into well-defined system requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with PowerShell, XML/XSLT, SQL Server, and other database technologies
      - Familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts, including reporting and data mining
      - Experience on enterprise and cross-functional projects or with integration of multiple systems
      - Ability to create diagrams, workflows, use cases, and user stories
      - Demonstrated time management and organization skills to prioritize workload effectively
