      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and document business and system interactions to design technical solutions
      - Implement solutions with the Application Development team across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
      - Facilitate processes ensuring adherence to MaineIT policies and procedures
      - Collaborate with customers and OIT to ensure business needs are met
      - Conduct user acceptance testing and deployment coordination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) years of programming and/or systems analysis and design experience
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and effectively
      - Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and using advanced methodologies
      - Experience with agile development methodology and practices
      - Ability to manage time effectively and assist teams in self-organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Good working experience in web applications and current technologies
      - Experience with data design/analysis and data mining
      - Familiarity with developing procurement artifacts (e.g., RFP/RFQ/RFI)
