      Job Title: Systems Analyst – Finance & Commercial

      Career Level - E

      Introduction to Role:
      We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst for our Finance & Commercial department within the NonSAP Application Remediation team. This role is at the heart of a significant SAP S/4 programme, supporting the transition to a new technology solution. This transformation journey will result in a significant change on the end-to-end business technology landscape. The team will be responsible for managing these changes to the integrated application landscape.

      Accountabilities:
      As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for several applications impacted by the S/4 transformation programme. You will manage the process of collecting and maintaining relevant data to support the impact assessment and scoping of changes needed to the non-SAP application landscape. You will collaborate with the S/4 solution design team to understand the data process impact and coordinate with the non-SAP application teams to complete an impact assessment process.

      During the deployment of the SAP project, you will monitor and manage the delivery of changes to a large number of Integrated applications. You will also collaborate with a wide range of partners aligned to their impacted list of applications, working with other areas of IT, business, and the S/4 programme.

      Essential Skills/Experience:
      • Proven skills to plan, run and document a full end-to-end systems high & detailed impact assessment.
      • Strong skills managing & delivering change.
      • Professional experience as a Business Analyst preferred.
      • Experience providing end-user support to applications within Finance & Commercial Functional areas.
      • Experience working with Finance & Commercial applications.
      • Experience working with multi-functional teams to deliver technology-related business change projects/programmes.
      • Experience using business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.
      • Experience working with complex integrated systems, using creative and critical thinking to deliver exceptional results.
      • Excellent engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions.
      • Experience working with third-party suppliers/vendors.
      • Formal certification in business analysis practice preferred.
      • SAP, PowerBI & Sharepoint knowledge.
      • LEAN expertise/certification.
      • +3 years of experience in AZ application landscape for Finance & Commercial applications.
      • Experience designing and creating automatic dashboards, tools to keep an up-to-date inventory list of the applications.

      Education:

      Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent)
