What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and resolve help desk tickets related to supply chain ERP applications
- Provide first-level diagnostic help desk and after-hours support, including on-call responsibilities
- Assist with project assignments and documentation related to operational and business objectives
- Support the development of information system requirements and maintain user confidence
- Perform workstation, software, peripheral, network, and workflow support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and one year of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with three years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
- ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire
- Demonstrated understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect operations
- Strong communication skills for accurate information exchange

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certifications
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Background in supply chain management
- Customer support experience
