      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation of assigned applications
      - Serve as a second-level response for application-related issues by communicating with end users
      - Assist department management in optimizing the use of assigned applications to enhance performance
      - Act as a liaison between Information Services, customer departments, and vendors
      - Provide training as needed for end users on assigned applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility required
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - 3 years of related position experience with 2 years of direct position experience required with a Bachelor's Degree; or 5 years with an Associate's Degree; or 7 years with a High School Diploma
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field
      - Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice
      - Experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with healthcare application support and implementation
