What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain IT products, including planning and obtaining customer input and understanding existing functionality and limitations
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to professional staff, resolving complex problems
- Review system requirements with customers and translate them into specific functions or deliverables
- Analyze flow chart processes and recommend improvements for efficiency through technology
- Provide after-hours support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning, and scheduling major information system projects
- Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of position start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 9 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience
- Understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts
- Knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills
