What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, and implement enterprise-level application solutions for various stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify system improvements
- Ensure effective integration and functionality of enterprise applications
- Support systems builds, testing, and troubleshooting for enterprise applications
- Maintain working knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably with enterprise applications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Infor, UKG, Hyland, OpenText, or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in database management systems such as SQL or Oracle Database
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, and Business Intelligence Tools
- Familiarity with project management software such as ServiceNow or JIRA
- Knowledge of payroll processes and payroll ERP systems, specifically with Infor and UKG
