What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage commercial, infrastructure, and industrial electrical projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Oversee subcontractors and material vendors, including managing contracts and documentation
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports to the executive management team
- Accurately estimate time and materials for projects, delivering timely quotes to clients
- Facilitate electrical field work, installations, and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management
- Solid knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction management software
- Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with design/build and conceptual estimating from bridging documents
- Familiarity with cloud-based construction applications
- Strong work ethic and a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Previous experience in managing both project management and estimating tasks
