- Ensure internal and external teams are aligned relative to the solution, the integration, and requirements.
- Lead the development and execution of testing plans of all equipment and subsystems to validate technical solution aligns to project performance requirements.
- Drive collaboration throughout project technical teams and third-party partners to successful execution against project requirements.
- Ensure that controls and software systems, inclusive of third-party partners, work seamlessly as an integrated system to deliver against contractual requirements.
- Monitor the acceptance tests of equipment supplied by third-party partners.
- Define the integrated test strategy and lead the execution of testing in support of customer acceptance.
- Manage system production ramp-up plan and execution, continuously monitoring in coordination with the customer and Fortna project team.
- Experience should be in one or more of - Distribution center (DC) environments, Integration management, Program/project leadership and/or supply chain executive leadership positions
- Expert business acumen competencies, demonstrating extensive understanding and advanced skills with proven application.
- An Expert understanding of managing both indirectly and directly across multiple workstreams and projects. Demonstrated ability to manage remotely. Leads by example through developing broad project leadership that effectively assigns responsibilities and set clear expectations while assuring a high level of understanding. Constantly communicates both up and down stream while coaching and developing others.
- Highly advanced understanding of listening, verbal, and written communication competencies and skills with extensive demonstrated application of the skills.
- Highly advanced skills for solving complex problems and developing solutions as well as teaching and developing others.
- Highly advanced and demonstrated skills developing and managing budgets across multiple projects, workstreams, and programs. Demonstrated ability to manage projects for both on-time and on-budget metrics as well as quickly adapt to changing variables to mitigate project risks.
- Exceptional time management competencies demonstrated through extensive experience both delivering and managing others in the delivery of highly complex programs and projects on time and on budget.
- Highly advanced presentation development and delivery skills.
- Highly advanced customer management and project leadership skills, demonstrated through extensive consultative experience and knowledge.
- Highly Proficient understanding of MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
- Ability to accommodate 75% travel domestically and internationally.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Systems Integration Manager will lead an interdisciplinary technical team to drive the solution delivery function for our customers and ensure successful ramp-up of the integrated system. Skills and knowledge basis will reside around engineering, controls, software technology, robotics, and equipment from across the supply chain industry. You will be a subject matter expert for bridging the gap internally in and between project teams as well as externally with customers and supplier partners. This role is responsible for gaining customer acceptance of the delivered solution, facilitating internal testing, and supporting customer testing efforts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the following disciplines: industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering, business, industrial, or construction management.
The base salary range for this role is $97,800 to $146,700 . This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
