What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform intermediate in-system configurations and review system qualifications to ensure customer success
- Coordinate configuration implementations and provide accurate deliverables within established timelines
- Review team documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements
- Collaborate with other developers to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions for the business
- Participate in project teams, contributing to system enhancements and effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate
- Good knowledge of laboratory processes and strong problem-solving skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Hosted RPA and Azure Logic Apps
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to train and coach others effectively
- Advanced knowledge of system template or report development
- Attention to detail with solid editorial/proofreading skills
