      ModSquad is looking for fluent or native German speakers to join our network and provide support for our amazing Global partners!


      We're looking for agents who can provide excellent written communication to high level professionals via ticket and chat support. If you are someone with a keen eye for detail, who has a passion for providing above-and-beyond service for customers, we want you!


      Project Hours (all times Pacific):

      Mon-Fri - 12am-8am


      Hourly Rate:

      To be discussed in the interview phase


      Commitment:

      15 hours per week

      90 days (as needed)


      Orientation Begins:

      Feb 5th


      Language:

      German (fluent or native)

      Who You Are
      • Experience with Zendesk or other CRMs preferred
      • Excellent writing skills in both German and English
      • Background in Customer Support across multiple channels
      • Empathy, passion for service, professional
