      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the employee experience for searching and applying for roles, as well as solutions for contingent workforce engagement and conversion
      - Collaborate with UX Research to inform strategy and design for internal mobility solutions
      - Define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for platforms and processes
      - Assess third-party technologies, partner on implementation, and ensure successful adoption
      - Monitor performance, gather feedback, and optimize the internal mobility experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in program management, HR, or user experience design
      - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
      - Proven ability to develop user-centric processes within a hiring manager and candidate experience framework
      - Experience conducting user research and usability testing
      - Knowledge of HR technologies supporting recruitment processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding and passion for internal mobility and internal hiring experiences
      - Proven experience in mapping and optimizing end-to-end hiring processes with a focus on user-centered design
      - Skilled at translating business requirements into actionable product and process improvements
      - Familiarity with design tools and methodologies for enhancing user experiences
      - Experience leading hiring manager and candidate experience initiatives in large organizations
