Develop relationships with target colleges/universities in order to attract the highest quality candidates (interns & full-time hires) for the company.
Coordinate and promote the company-wide college recruitment efforts to strengthen and build the company’s presence and candidate pipeline.
Assist in the field and corporate office recruitment process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified employees.
Manage new hire on-boarding/orientations, for all field and corporate office employees, to ensure an efficient and effective process.
Continually build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the recruitment needs of the field and corporate office is being met.
Act as the liaison with employment agencies and temporary agencies (for regular and temporary employees) to ensure corporate vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
Administer a variety of company programs (related to recruitment) such as; relocation, applicant assessments, outside recruiters, background screening, applicant tracking, etc. to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Assist in the creation and monitoring of the corporate human resources recruitment budget to ensure funds are spent appropriately.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business admin/management, or equivalent required
Human resources certification a plus
3+ years’ experience in human resources
Prior recruitment experience preferred
Good knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field of human resources
Ability to maintain confidentiality always
Excellent consultative and communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interface effectively with all levels of customers (internal and external) and effectively disseminate information
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources and projects
Sound decision-making ability with the experience to balance consensus against authority as appropriate
Team player who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment
Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure
Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
Ability and willingness to abide by the Company’s Code of Conduct
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
Ability to travel, some overnight, as required

Base Salary Range:
$67,531.00 - $101,295.00Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
