What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and build Tableau solutions to create user-friendly dashboards and reports
- Analyze SQL tables and SSIS packages to ensure accurate data flow and metric calculations
- Collaborate with business partners to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard designs
- Coordinate with technical teams to confirm data sources and business rules
- Provide ongoing user support and maintain documentation for dashboards and reporting tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and building Tableau dashboards in complex data environments
- Proven success using Tableau for analysis, including calculations and interactive views
- Strong SQL skills for data exploration and validation
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address data issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data modeling concepts
- Previous involvement in technical analytics projects or workstreams
- Knowledge of process improvement and agile delivery practices
- Experience training or supporting business users in BI tools or dashboards
