      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Tableau Business Intelligence Developer in Consumer Data Products as part of Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms.

      In this role, you will:

      • Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

      • Design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) as required to support business needs with a strong focus in Tableau.

      • Analyze, define requirements, develop, and create documentation for dashboards.

      • Direct development of ETL, data pipelines and back-end data curations within Spark and Teradata data lake environment.

      • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements.

      • Lead or participate on large cross group projects

      • Configure, optimize, and maintain Tableau Server and clients.

      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

      • Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

      Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 3 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing, scalable and high-performance Tableau data visualization solutions, and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.

      • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining complex SQL queries to support business intelligence analysis.

      • Technology production support or application support experience.

      • Proficiency with relational databases or Big Data platforms and Data Visualization packages.

      • Experience with Tableau level of detail expressions.

      • Tableau Certified Data Analyst Certification

      • 1+ years of experience using Tableau Prep Builder

      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

      • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

      Pay Range:

      Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long – term incentive awards.
